Eighteen volunteers participated in our Earth Day clean-up and planting along the Malden River. We removed over 15 bags worth of trash and planted pansies, lettuce, and cilantro in pots to beautify the area. The event was part of the Greater Boston Mystic River Clean-Up, a nine organization effort to coordinate events in the Mystic River Watershed in honor of Earth Day.
